CAFÉ ROYAL® ALUMINIUM-KAPSELN FÜR NESPRESSO®*-MASCHINEN

Café Royal capsules are suitable for all Nespresso® machines. The only exceptions are: Miele built-in devices as well as the piston machines (old models: Jura N75, Turmix C225, etc.).
Due to their innovative and extremely flexible construction, the capsules of Café Royal are compatible with all current Nespresso® machine models, including those of the most recent machine generation. It is therefore impossible to experience negative influence on taste or even damages of the machine.
The warranty terms depend on your contract. Refer to the warranty contract for details.
We regret that you have encountered problems with your coffee machine and ask you to please consult our Hotline. You find e-mail address and phone numbers in the tab Contact. The possible reasons for this problem can vary widely and our technical studies have shown that the Café Royal capsules do not cause damage when used properly. As a result, neither a claim for damage compensation nor the replacement of the machine can be enforced against Delica AG as a result of the use of Café Royal capsules.
No, the Café Royal capsules are only compatible with the Nespresso® system.
Prices per consumer unit are in the sole responsibility of our distributors. Please check their websites for more information.
After preparing several Café Royal Lungos or Espressos, the coffee machine may start to blink. This is necessary for the machine to cool down so that the next coffee will not be too hot. This is not a defect in the machine. After a few minutes the blinking will stop and the machine will be ready for the next coffee.
Preparing the perfect espresso requires approx. 30-40 seconds for a cup size of 40 ml. Coffee is a natural product and preparation time can vary accordingly. In addition, we recommend that you descale your coffee machine on a regular basis. Have you already made a Café Royal and now very little or no coffee is flowing through? Please check the filter plate for residue and remove, if necessary. First turn the machine off and then remove the residue.
Each coffee blend is balanced for the recommended cup size. When the recommended amount of coffee is exceeded, this increases the flow time - which can cause the aluminum foil to separate from the capsule. Please carefully note the recommended cup size for each coffee blend: Espresso: 40 ml (04. dl) / Lungo 110 ml (1.1 dl). If you notice that the aluminum foil has come off the capsule, please check the filter plate for coffee residue and if necessary, remove it. First turn the machine off, then remove any residue.
No. The machine can be used as usual. The capsule is made of a flexible, yielding material and cannot damage the coffee machine. In tests of Nespresso® machines, no damage caused by capsules could be ascertained.
You may push the capsule out lightly with your finger, or move the lever back and forth slightly. In general, we recommend that each capsule be ejected after coffee preparation.
The capsules are more than 90% plastic and can be disposed of in the household waste.
You may simply use the same capsule again. For best results, place the capsule in the capsule holder slowly and at a slight angle, then close the lever.
To reach its optimum coffee flavor, the coffee is finely ground. The finest particles of coffee form a kind of filter, which holds back the other coffee grains. Despite this, grains of coffee may still get past the filter plate and land in the coffee. Coffee is a natural product and this will not affect your health. By rinsing the machine, the remaining coffee grains may be flushed out of the machine.
